Your Right to Cancel

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct an amount to reflect any loss in value.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at ‎contact.fameandfiction@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We will cover the return postage and either provide a replacement or a full refund.

We cannot accept returns of:

Sealed products where the seal has been broken.

Digital products.

Delivery Options & Times

We ship across the UK via Royal Mail or other trusted couriers.

Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Upon confirmation and return of the damaged items we will arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international) of dispatch, please get in touch and we will investigate with the courier.

In cases of confirmed loss or damage in transit, we will either send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout—we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
